Born July 8th, 2012, Penelope's parents say her arrival has made this little family complete. Their family interview and photo shoot as seen in US Weekly and WHO Australia showcases beautiful images of Kourtney and Scott looking at ease. When asked about her daughter, Kourtney gushed to US Weekly, "Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her."
